How to Get Help from the Event Organiser for Purchased Tickets

1. Login to "My Account"

Open the event organiser's website.

Click on the "Login" button.

Enter your username and password, then click "Submit".

2. Select "Purchased Events" from the Left-Side Menu

Once logged in, look at the left side of your screen.

Find and click on the "Purchased Events" link.

3. Click on the "View" Link Under the Action

In the "Purchased Events" section, locate the event for which you need help.

Click on the "View" link under the "Action" column.

4. Click on the "Get Support" Button

On the event details page, find and click the "Get Support" button.

6. Submit Your Request

A pop-up window will appear.

Select the relevant order from the dropdown menu.

Type your message in the provided text box.

Once you have entered your message, click the "Submit" button.

5. Seller Support Tickets

You will see all communication for the ticket under the "Seller Support Tickets" section
