Terms and Conditions for Ausbooking (asubooking.com)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ausbooking at asubooking.com (“the Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Event Organizer Account

a. To use certain features of Ausbooking, you must register as an event organizer and create an account.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Event Creation and Ticket Sales

a. Event Organizer Responsibilities

i. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating events on Ausbooking.

ii. You are solely responsible for the events you create, including event details, pricing, and any additional terms and conditions.

b. Ticket Sales

i. Tickets sold through Ausbooking are subject to availability.

ii. Ausbooking reserves the right to cancel or modify events if necessary.

4. Commission

a. Ausbooking will earn a commission on each ticket sold through the platform. The commission rate will be specified in a separate agreement between Ausbooking and the Event Organizer.

5. Payment and Payouts

a. Payments from ticket sales, minus the commission, will be processed by Ausbooking. Payouts to Event Organizers will be made according to a predetermined schedule.

b. Event Organizers are responsible for providing accurate payment information to facilitate payouts.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

a. Refund policies for tickets sold through Ausbooking will be determined by the Event Organizer and communicated to ticket purchasers.

b. In the case of event cancellations or changes, Ausbooking will work with Event Organizers to communicate updates to ticket purchasers.

7. Intellectual Property

a. Event Organizers retain intellectual property rights to their event content. However, by using Ausbooking, Event Organizers grant Ausbooking a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display event information.

8. Termination

a. Ausbooking reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

a. Ausbooking reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Event Organizers will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

a. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
